Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of our Interactive Flat Panels and Digital Board Solutions to schools, colleges, and educational institutions in the region. The BDE will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence and establishing long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector. Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development: Identify and target new sales opportunities in the education sector (schools, colleges, institutions). Promote and sell Interactive Flat Panels, Digital Board Solutions, and other related products. Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through both outbound and inbound sales efforts. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within educational institutions. Market Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Customer Engagement and Support: Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Understand the specific requirements of each client and provide tailored solutions. Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
