Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our growth-driven company, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Additionally, you will develop and present business proposals, pitches, and tailored solutions, while collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth, representing the company at client meetings, events, and presentations. It will also be essential for you to maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Develop and present business proposals, pitches, and tailored solutions. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth. - Represent the company at client meetings, events, and presentations. - Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. - Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality. - Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, or IT services is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong focus on working with agencies, startups, or B2B sales. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking methods. - Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
