Sales Assistant

We are a growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help drive customer engagement and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily operations and client interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and reports.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and invoices as needed.
• Follow up on leads, calls, and emails to help close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional events as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in sales or customer support is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software.
• Background in retail, B2B or service-based sales is a plus.
• Fluent in [languages if required].
