Job Description

We are a growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help drive customer engagement and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in daily operations and client interactions.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and reports.
Prepare quotations, proposals and invoices as needed.
Follow up on leads, calls, and emails to help close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional events as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Prior experience in sales or customer support is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software.
Background in retail, B2B or service-based sales is a plus.
Fluent in [languages if required].
