Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a *strategic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive* to support our expansion efforts. This role requires a forward-thinking professional capable of driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining strong client partnerships.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Formulate and implement business growth plans centered on profitability and customer satisfaction.

* Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and business prospects.

* Initiate and organize meetings with potential clients and partners.

* Present our offerings effectively, addressing client needs with precision.

* Prepare and manage commercial contracts in compliance with company and legal standards.

* Record and analyze data on sales, revenues, and client accounts.

* Ensure quality after-sales service and client retention.

* Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to support long-term collaboration.

* Guide and develop entry-level team members to enhance sales performance.

*Required Qualifications:*

* Demonstrated success in business development or sales-related roles.

* Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.

* Experience in customer service or client management is advantageous.

* Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

* Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant discipline.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
