Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Data Sourcing and Management: •       Leverage your expertise to extract accurate contact details from online platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and offline networks (field marketing), specifically targeting decision-makers in Printer In charge roles within HR, Admin and IT departments. •       Focus on diverse industries, including Pharmaceutical industries, Ecommerce, IT, FMCG, Biotech, Insurance, Banks, Apparel brands, Airlines, Education, Automobile dealers, and Real Estate. Sales Meetings: •       Conduct thorough research on potential clients to prepare for structured and impactful sales meetings. •       Engage in meetings to understand the client's company ecosystem, strategically position Replica, and identify Print Solutions requirements. Sales Proposals: •       Develop compelling presentations tailored to meet client needs. •       Collaborate seamlessly with the operations team to generate detailed proposals highlighting the unique value proposition of our solutions.   Sales Conversion: •       Demonstrate negotiation skills to establish win-win agreements. •       Adhere to profitability guidelines set by management while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Client Coordination: •       Professionally document all client discussions through well-crafted emails. •       Act as a seamless interface between the client and the operations team, overseeing the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to termination.
