Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales and managing channel and distribution partnerships for Realtime Biometrics' product portfolio. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in sales, marketing, and distribution network management in the biometric or IT hardware sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new Distributor and Dealers. Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, and resellers. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with clients and partners. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Channel & Distribution Management: Expand the company’s distribution network across assigned territories. Provide training and support to channel partners to drive product knowledge and sales. Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with sales goals. Resolve channel conflicts and provide ongoing support. Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
