The Prospect Legal Pvt. Ltd., Bhopal is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive for its office in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Qualification (Preferred)

  • BBA LL.B (Preferred) – 4th or 5th year students may apply.
  • LL.B or LL.M from a recognised institute.
  • Candidates with knowledge of Corporate Law / Company Registration will be preferred.
  • Experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Must be a resident of Bhopal.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Company Registration & Corporate Law
  • Good knowledge of finance, compliance and annual reports
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Ability to prepare proposals, presentations and maintain documentation
  • Good analytical and coordination abilities
  • Basic understanding of MCA, GST, Income Tax filings (preferred)

Profile / Job Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads for Company Registration, LLP Registration, Trademark, GST, and Corporate Compliance services.
  • Coordinate with clients to explain legal and corporate services offered by the company.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, engagement letters, business plans and basic compliance documents under guidance.
  • Maintain client records, follow-up schedules, and prepare business development reports.
  • Work with the legal and finance teams to prepare MIS reports, financial summaries and compliance timelines.
  • Support clients in understanding annual filings, statutory compliance and corporate governance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials and social media content for branding.
  • Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and internal teams for client project execution.
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Contribute to business growth strategies and new service development.
  • Participate in networking activities and outreach programs to expand client base.
