Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Pixel Solutionz , you will play a key role in expanding our business by identifying sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients through various channels (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking). Client Engagement: Initiate conversations with key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and present IT solutions effectively. Sales Support: Assist in product presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications to drive conversions. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements. Pipeline Management: Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM tools Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth. Skills: Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels. Sales & Negotiation: Ability to confidently present solutions, handle objections, and close deals. Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of the IT services and solutions industry, SaaS, Cloud services, or enterprise software. Self-Motivation: A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in sales. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales. Qualifications: Experience: 6 months -1 year of proven experience in B2B IT Sales or a related field Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Information Technology, or a related field.
