Job Title: Business Development Executive (2–3 Years Experience)Location: Chandralayout, Bangalore Department: BDE – Sales Industry: IT Services, Solutions & Cybersecurity Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2 to 3 years of experience in client handling, communication, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by managing client interactions, presenting service demos, sending quotations, and closely collaborating with the inside sales and sales coordination teams. Key Responsibilities:Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer queries, and build strong professional relationships. Quotation Management: Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals and quotations in coordination with internal teams. Meetings & Demos: Schedule and attend meetings (on-premises or virtual) to present tailored demos of our IT and cybersecurity services. Lead Generation: Actively identify potential leads through various channels and coordinate with the inside sales team for follow-up. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales coordinators and the business development team to ensure a smooth sales process. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and opportunities in CRM systems or tracking tools. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree 2–3 years of experience in a BDE or client-facing sales role in the IT Services or Cybersecurity industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct product/service demos. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to travel for on-site meetings as needed. Preferred Attributes: Experience handling SMBs and enterprise clients. A basic understanding of IT services and cybersecurity solutions. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
