Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and lead generation.

This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment with high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions offered by NovaNectar.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present and pitch services to clients via calls, video meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, etc.) to deliver customized proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track and report progress using CRM tools or reporting formats.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in IT or SaaS).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and other lead-gen tools is a plus.
