Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Develoment Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base for our online language training programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for language learning, strong sales skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients. Key Responsibilities 1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation:** - Identify and research potential clients, including individuals, businesses, educational institutions, and government organizations, who could benefit from our language training solutions. - Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and other sales prospecting methods. 2. **Consultative Selling:** - Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' language training requirements and objectives. - Present our online language training programs and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and customization options. - Provide tailored recommendations and proposals based on clients' specific needs and budget considerations. 3. **Relationship Building:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and customer support. - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing guidance and assistance to ensure their language training goals are met. 4. **Sales Pipeline Management:** - Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software. - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and sales quotas. 5. **Collaboration and Coordination:** - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials to support sales efforts. - Coordinate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of language training programs for new clients. 6. **Market Research and Feedback:** - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. - Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market research. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree. - Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the education, language learning, or technology industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients. - Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and commission structure. - Comprehensive health benefits package. - Flexible work schedule and remote work options. - Professional development opportunities. - Dynamic and inclusive company culture.
