Our mission is to empower colleges, schools, tuition centers, and skill training institutes with the right courses to prepare students for future careers. 🎯 Role OverviewAs a Business Development Executive (Field Sales), you will play a key role in driving our growth by building strong relationships with institutions, promoting our IT skill programs, and achieving sales targets in the Visakhapatnam region. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit colleges, schools, and coaching centers to promote our IT skill courses. Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through field visits. Collaborate with the internal team to provide customized solutions. Provide market feedback to enhance product offerings. ✅ Requirements Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (EdTech/Training/IT preferred). Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at networking. Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license (Petrol allowance provided).
