Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with agency experience who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Ahmedabad-based candidates will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.

Pitch and present MediaF5’s services to potential clients.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the internal marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development or Sales (Digital/Advertising Agency experience mandatory).

Location: Ahmedabad candidates preferred.

Availability: Immediate Joiner.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong client management and networking abilities.

Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
