(TRAINING, PRODUCT, MARINE And INFRA TECH) JD: Business Development & Sales Professional Role Overview: ITUS Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Professional to expand our reach in the government sector, disaster management, and lifesaving fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand ITUS’s presence. Identify and establish relationships with government agencies, organizations, and stakeholders in the disaster management and lifesaving sectors. Research and create new ventures aligned with organizational objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and business development efforts. Travel for fieldwork, client meetings, and business engagements (TA & DA provided). Field Work - Need to travel with the AVPs for tenders , taling to the govt personals Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification. Experience: 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the government sector, disaster management, or lifesaving fields. Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and business communication tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative business ideas and ventures. Commitment & Dedication: A proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Location: Candidate must be based in Pune. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Package: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum Travel Allowance (TA) & Daily Allowance (DA) for field visits
