Business Development Executive – Proposals & Presentations

Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Business Development Executive, based in Pune, who specializes in creating proposals and PowerPoint presentations. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the BD team with client-specific documents, pitch decks, and business proposals that effectively communicate our value offerings. Key Responsibilities Prepare tailored business proposals, RFP responses, and client documents. Develop engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings. Work closely with the BD team to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling documents. Conduct research and gather relevant data to enhance proposal quality. Maintain a repository of templates, case studies, and previously submitted proposals. Ensure brand consistency, content clarity, and accuracy across all materials. Assist in tender documentation and business collaterals for corporate and government clients. Track timelines and ensure timely submission of all deliverables. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field. 1–3 years of experience in business development documentation or sales support. Strong command of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and attention to detail in content and design layout. Exposure to B2B and government business environments preferred. Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is a plus. Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
