Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers within target markets through various channels like online research, networking, and social media.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and attending industry events.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide suitable solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. This includes preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demos.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM software.
  • To get leads of new clients in IT, ITES/BPO or non IT industry - need to be on the move visit IT parks, SEZ's etc.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a relevant role, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or tech industry. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience is typically required.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Kannada is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: A strong track record of achieving sales quotas and a solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient with CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot) and the MS Office Suite.
  • Mindset: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred. An MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience : 1 - 2 year with the similar experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
