The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the real estate market. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate landscape, and a proven track record in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities: Market Research Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients within the real estate sector (e.g., developers, investors, corporates, high-net-worth individuals, individual homebuyers). Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and objectives, offering tailored real estate solutions (e.g., property sales, leasing, investment advisory, project management Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property types, and investment strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
