Key Responsibilities: Market Research Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients within the real estate sector (e.g., developers, investors, corporates, high-net-worth individuals, individual homebuyers). Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property types, and investment strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads, introducing our subscription products/services. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and interest levels. Product Presentation: Clearly and concisely articulate the features, benefits, and value of our various subscription packages.
