Job Description

Role Overview  The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving customer engagement, expanding referral and corporate gifting networks, coordinating influencer campaigns, and strengthening GauNeeti’s presence across offline and online platforms. The role also involves direct communication with customers, partners, and collaborators to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales activities.  Key Responsibilities  1. Customer Engagement & Retention ○ Engage existing D2C customers through WhatsApp, calls, and personalized communication.  ○ Share offers, collect feedback, and gather testimonials to improve brand trust and loyalty.  2. Network Building & Lead Generation ○ Build and nurture referral networks through BNI, JBN and other community connections.  ○ Drive inquiries for Homepreneur partnerships and Corporate Gifting opportunities.  3. Campaigns & Collaborations ○ Coordinate UGC (User Generated Content) and micro-influencer campaigns with chefs, moms, and wellness creators.  ○ Initiate seasonal and festive campaigns (e.g., Diwali gifting outreach).  4. Digital Marketing & Social Media ○ Manage and utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. to increase engagement.  ○ Work on leads generated through digital platforms and ensure timely follow-ups.  5. Communication & Coordination ○ Assist management in communication and coordination with partners, vendors, and collaborators.  ○ Maintain proper follow-up and reporting mechanisms for ongoing activities.  Required Skills & Qualifications  ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.  ● 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or business development (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).  ● Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).  ● Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.  ● Familiarity with social media tools, WhatsApp business, and CRM platforms.  ● Proactive, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.  Preferred Attributes  ● Female candidates are encouraged to apply.  ● Experience with D2C brands, gifting solutions, or influencer marketing will be an advantage.  ● Creative mindset with an eye for customer engagement strategies.  Compensation & Benefits  ● Competitive salary based on experience.  ● Performance incentives linked to customer engagement, referrals, and campaign outcomes.  ● Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling, ethical brand.
