Job Summary:
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through direct communication with potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make inbound and outbound calls, understand customer needs, and recommend our products to sell and cross-sell. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling and Customer Engagement:
● Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell GauNeeti Organics' range of premium A2 dairy products.
● Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences, and offer suitable product recommendations.
● Educate customers about product benefits, uses, pricing, and ongoing promotions, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed purchase decisions.
● Proactively follow up with customers for order confirmations, feedback, and service updates.
Sales, Upselling & Customer Retention:
● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable products.
● Re-engage inactive or past customers with new offers, promotions, and product benefits.
● Drive customer loyalty and retention through consistent follow-ups, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Participating in Exhibitions and Events:
● To participate in Exhibitions like Organic Farmers Market and others on a regular basis to be able to interact with existing and potential customers, and to sell and cross-sell our products.
● To participate in Events conducted by the company for Branding, Marketing, Sales, etc. on a need to need basis.
Issue Resolution & Support:
● Handle customer complaints and concerns over calls, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, payment, and delivery issues efficiently.
● Take ownership of escalations, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution for customers.
Order & Account Management:
● Assist customers over the phone in placing, modifying, and tracking their orders with ease.
● Monitor order fulfillment and proactively update customers on their order status.
● Maintain detailed call logs and customer records, tracking interactions and purchase history for personalized service.
Customer Insights & Process Improvement:
● Gather customer feedback through telephonic interactions and share insights with relevant teams.
● Suggest and implement improvements in the telecalling approach to enhance customer satisfaction and sales conversions.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass; higher education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or D2C sales, particularly in the food and beverage or retail industry, is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati, with basic proficiency in English.
- Strong ability to handle customer objections and close sales confidently.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly phone manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
- Flexibility:
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required to meet customer needs.
