We’re Hiring – Telesales Executive

Location: Okhla phase-1
Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Industry: IT / Software Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients over calls and introduce our IT products/services.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to generate interest.
• Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about IT solutions.
• Ability to handle client queries professionally and courteously.
• Basic computer knowledge and good telephone etiquette.
• Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
