Senior SEO Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing SEO campaigns for service-based companies. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of SEO – On-page, Off-page, and Technical – and capable of leading a team of junior executives while effectively handling multiple client projects, including those with international clients. Excellent communication and client-handling skills are a must. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and execute effective SEO strategies across multiple client accounts. Conduct thorough SEO audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis. Manage and optimize all aspects of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented. Lead and mentor a team of Junior SEO Executives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and performance. Communicate effectively with international clients, understanding their needs and presenting progress reports. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Key Requirements: 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a service-based company. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies. Should have experience into multiple domains, preferably Ecommerce. Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience in handling international clients and multiple SEO projects simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing junior team members. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think strategically and deliver measurable SEO results.
