Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Software Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our ERP software solutions. Your expertise in ERP software sales and business development will be critical in expanding our market presence and contributing to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective client organizations. Understand their business needs and challenges to tailor ERP solutions that address their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and campaigns. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use this information to adjust sales tactics and strategies.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract signing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by working closely with clients throughout the implementation process. Address any concerns or issues that arise to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in ERP software sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems and their benefits to businesses. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to assess client needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
