ERP Software Online Support Executive

You will be the first point of contact for the company, providing comprehensive support to customers through phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include installing, training, and implementing the product on customer machines using remote access software. You must be willing to travel for demos and post-sale support. To excel in this role, you should have the ability to understand customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for resolving client issues through phone calls, live chat, email, and remote software. It is essential to be self-motivated and work well within a team.
