Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Location: Mangalore, Kollam, Trivandrum
Reports to: Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting and enrolling undergraduate medical students into various scheduled post-graduate preparatory programs. This will be achieved through tele-calling, personal interactions, and one-to-one counselling sessions. The role requires a proactive approach to meet enrollment targets, conduct academic promotional sessions, and offer guidance on available academic offerings (Face-to-Face, Satellite, and Online programs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve enrollment targets for academic programs by ensuring optimal class size.
• Conduct promotional sessions and academic presentations for undergraduate medical students.
• Counsel and support students regarding Face-to-Face, DBMCI Satellite, and DBMCI & Marrow online programs.
• Coordinate with the DBMCI Head Office regarding program updates and curriculum changes.
• Assist students with academic administration and help optimize resource usage.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and recommend interventions or additional support.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate degree, preferably in Science (not mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an educational institution or university is desirable.
• A self-motivated go-getter with a strong drive to meet business goals and budgets.

Skills Required:

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Effective selling and negotiation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Business development: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
