About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our manpower organization. The BDE will be responsible for acquiring and managing IT & Non-IT clients, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through recruitment and staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire new IT & Non-IT clients for staffing and manpower services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Leaders of client organizations.
