Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Transport & Logistics (Part-Load/LTL)
Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Jaipur

Experience Required: 2–5 years (Transport/Logistics industry preferred)

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients for part-load (LTL) transportation services.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads into long-term business relationships.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, customer support) for seamless service execution.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and support.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, service quotations, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reports.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport/logistics, ideally in LTL/part-load services.
• Prior experience with companies in the same industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage field visits and client meetings independently.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, route planning, and documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
