Reports To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who is passionate about sales, client engagement, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable products/solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to deliver client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales / IT / SaaS / Service industry is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing & online sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of local and international markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
