Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated IT Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience in managing software/IT projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects within defined timelines and budgets while ensuring high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects (software development, implementation, support, or infrastructure).
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct daily/weekly stand-ups and review meetings with teams.
• Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage change requests, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT project management or as an associate project manager.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) & Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
