Location: Surat, Gujarat Department: Chat Support Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive (Fresher) to assist our customers via live chat, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth experience on the platform. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to start a career in customer support within a growing e-commerce/logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries through live chat, WhatsApp, or web chat Provide accurate information about orders, deliveries, shipments, returns, and payment issues Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions Record issues and feedback in CRM tools for future reference Work collaboratively with the customer support and operations teams Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response during all shifts Eligibility / Skills Required: Fresher or up to 1 year of customer service experience Good typing speed and communication skills (written) Basic knowledge of computers, web apps, and email/chat tools Ability to handle multiple chats at once (multitasking) Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude Knowledge of logistics/e-commerce is a plus (not mandatory) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9016545336
