Position Title: MERN Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience in building scalable web applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a good understanding of REST APIs, frontend/backend integration, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Manage and maintain databases (MongoDB) and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest JavaScript frameworks, libraries, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of:
• MongoDB (schemas, queries, aggregation)
• Express.js (middleware, APIs)
• React.js (hooks, state management, Redux/Context API)
• Node.js (asynchronous programming, API development)
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub version control.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of deployment & cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js or React Native.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
• Basic understanding of unit testing & automation frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
