About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Expert with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing paid campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing performance across multiple digital channels. You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI for our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.
• Monitor conversion funnels and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in performance marketing / digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools (UTM, Pixel, Tag Manager).
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within timelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Data-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in e-commerce or SaaS marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies.
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
