About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying, generating, and nurturing leads through multiple online/offline channels. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and potential customers.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM, and lead databases to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Qualify leads through calls, emails, and online communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging lead generation techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in lead generation or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing industries.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
