Job Description: Business Development Executive – E-Commerce Location: Bengaluru Work Type: Full-time (On-site) Experience Required: 1–3 years in sales or business development Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B and gifting-related sales. Your focus will be on generating leads, closing deals with corporate and bulk buyers, and building lasting client relationships. You’ll also play a key role in helping customers find the right solutions for their gifting and packaging needs. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients, event planners, resellers, and distributors. Respond to incoming leads via website, WhatsApp, social media, and calls. Pitch the product range effectively and close bulk orders or customized gifting deals. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Maintain and update sales trackers (daily calls, leads, orders). Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders. Share weekly sales updates and target status with management. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field). Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English required). Comfortable with client interactions via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Basic Excel or CRM knowledge is useful. Compensation: CTC up to 5.15 LPA (incl. incentives & bonus) Other Perks: Festival bonuses & team contests Opportunity to grow into a team lead or account manager role
