Job Description

Business Development Executive Sales Enabler | Demo Driver | Execution Support. You’re Not Just an Executive. You’re the Action Force. You will be responsible for delivering demos, following up with clients, supporting closures, and actively growing the IFP business across Karnataka. You will work closely with your BDM and Intern to execute on the field. What You’ll DriveConduct product demos across assigned cities — explain products like selling a premium mobile or tab. Handle pre-sales client communication, build trust during demos, and push towards closures. Travel regularly across Bangalore and Karnataka — full flexibility required. Update CRM daily — no gaps in client interaction records. Support the BD Manager in opportunity identification, site visits, and post-demo follow-ups. Your Core Responsibilities Zone 1: Demo Delivery Conduct persuasive demos highlighting product value. Learn IFP specifications and selling points thoroughly. Answer basic client queries confidently. Zone 2: Sales & Closure Support Support in closure conversations with client after demos. Handle basic negotiation and documentation for proposals. Zone 3: Travel & Field Discipline Travel without complaints; expect frequent multi-day trips. Represent the company with professionalism and energy. Zone 4: CRM & Client Tracking Record every meeting, call, and follow-up systematically. Maintain WhatsApp/email updates with clients professionally. Zone 5: Work Ethic and Attitude High-energy, action-first mindset. No "waiting for manager" attitude — self-initiated follow-ups expected. Strong common sense and situational awareness. Zone 6: Company Culture and Collaboration Actively support and uplift team members — your success is tied to the pod’s performance, not just individual wins. Be consistently present and engaged on internal platforms like Discord, WhatsApp, Zoom, and any other communication or collaboration tools used. Share knowledge, guide newer team members, and contribute to a learning-oriented environment. Don’t wait to be asked — if you see a gap, own it. From feedback to improvement ideas, act like a stakeholder in the company. Embody the energy, hustle, and responsiveness the company thrives on — from meetings to offbeat brainstorming sessions. Maintain respectful, professional communication across all channels and levels. Be vocal in sharing achievements, but also open and honest about failures — contribute to a culture of growth and transparency. Must-Have Traits 1–2 years of experience selling mobiles, laptops, or tech products. Fluent in English; Kannada preferred. Must love field work and client interaction. Compensation & Work Timings Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month Incentives: Per screen sold after target achievement Benefits: ESIC + PF after 3 months probation Workdays: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 6:00 pm) Job Site: On-Site (Willing to travel)
