Job Title: Founder’s Office Associate Location: Bangalore (with travel across client/project sites) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2-4 years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) Gender Requirement: Male candidates only Reporting To: Founder / Senior Leadership ➡️About the Role : Arham World seeks a dynamic Founder’s Office Associate to support the Founder directly. The role bridges leadership, clients, and teams, requiring strong communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills. Acting as the Founder’s right hand, you’ll manage client interactions, lead delegation, and operational coordination for seamless business execution. ➡️Key Responsibilities : 1.Client Communication & Lead Management 1.1. Handle incoming calls/messages on behalf of the Founder during meetings or travel. 1.2. Ensure timely callbacks and maintain responsiveness to clients, BNI members, and business partners. 1.3. Identify type of enquiry (corporate, retail, signage, etc.) and assign leads to the right team members. 1.4. Maintain professionalism in all written and verbal communication. 2.Operational & Execution Support 2.1. Accompany the Founder during work hours, client visits, and travel, ensuring seamless communication flow. 2.2. Track client requirements, follow up on open discussions, and relay updates to the concerned teams. 2.3. Support project-level communication and coordination between different stakeholders. 3.Business Development Assistance 3.1. Support the Founder with BNI-related activities, follow-ups, and client interactions. 3.2. Draft quick responses, messages, and follow-up notes to nurture leads. 3.3. Provide insights and updates to help convert opportunities into active business. 4.Founder’s Office Coordination 4.1. Act as the first member of the Founder’s Office team, setting up processes for communication, delegation, and tracking. 4.2. Assist in documenting meeting notes, drafting communication, and preparing quick briefs for client or BNI engagements. 4.3. Ensure smooth scheduling and prioritization of daily tasks. ➡️Qualifications & Skills : MBA Graduate (preferred) or equivalent background in Business / Communication. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Tamil is a plus). Strong common-sense decision-making and ability to handle client-facing scenarios. Good coordination and delegation skills. High level of professionalism, adaptability, and willingness to travel. Self-starter with the ability to work closely with leadership. ➡️Compensation : Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience) Incentives/Allowances: Travel and site work reimbursements as per company policy. Based in Chennai, this is a field-intensive role requiring travel across the state to meet potential clients, present solutions, and close high-impact deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic B2B environment, understands local markets, and is passionate about building strong client relationships. If you’re someone who takes ownership, communicates with clarity, and believes in structured sales execution — we’d love to meet you. ➡️Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, referrals, and local outreach Pitch Arham’s product and service offerings to schools, institutions, and businesses across Tamil Nadu Conduct product demos, explain pricing, and handle objection handling with decision-makers Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to the Sales Manager Travel extensively within Tamil Nadu as per territory plans Provide market insights and feedback to help improve product-market fit Coordinate with CRM and Pre-Sales teams for follow-ups, quotations, and onboarding support ➡️Requirements: Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B or institutional preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and English Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in daily reporting Ability to handle rejection professionally and close deals confidently Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets or CRM tools is a plus Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred (travel allowance applicable) ➡️Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based (linked to deal closures and monthly targets) Travel allowances and field expenses reimbursed as per company policy Benefits: ESIC & PF after 3 months probation Workdays: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
