Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Aerobix’s fitness programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote Aerobix services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing members and partners.
• Generate leads and close deals
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for business growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and community engagements.
• Track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 0-2 years in sales, business development, or related field (fitness industry experience is a plus).
• Education: Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,542.16 - ₹32,166.53 per month
