Client Relationship Executive

AEROBIX is one of Kerala’s fastest-growing fitness brands, offering premium personal training, women-focused group classes, and science-backed fitness solutions. We're seeking a confident, organized, and compassionate Client Relationship Executive to be the face of our studio—someone who ensures a seamless client experience from enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients with a friendly, professional approach
• Handle all client enquiries via walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp
• Manage and convert incoming leads into paid memberships
• Schedule appointments, group sessions, and personal training slots
• Keep accurate records of leads, conversions, and client feedback
• Follow up with leads and clients to improve retention and satisfaction
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Medical or administrative certifications preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Empathy, professionalism, and a strong customer-service mindset
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM or booking software)
• Fluency in Malayalam and basic English (spoken & written)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or fitness industry front desk roles
• Experience in sales, lead handling, or customer support roles
• Confidence in handling client objections and converting leads
• Familiarity with gym operations or fitness-related services
• Social media or WhatsApp communication experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,528.44 - ₹22,955.40 per month
