Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Vadodara
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales of Steel/metal products
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
· Business inquiry generation, sending quotes for the received inquiry, converting the inquiry to order, and follow-ups with production/ plant for order dispatch.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
· Identify and prioritize potential clients within the steel manufacturing sector through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
Customer Satisfaction & Payment collection:
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
· Ensure timely collections.
Analysis and Co-ordination
· Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to coordinate sales efforts, ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise.
· Co-ordinate efforts with Sales team and other departments with Sales & Quality team.
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and order status.
· Update the management about customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of the Vadodara steel market and local industry trends is added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
