Stock Update and Monitoring: Update and maintain accurate stock levels in the system (inventory management software, Excel sheet). Ensure timely updates of stock movements, such as incoming stock, stock returns, transfers and shipments. Data Entry and Accuracy: Regularly enter, update and validate stock-related data in the system. Ensure all stock data entries are accurate and complete. Reporting and Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for internal stakeholders. Provide detailed reports on stock movements. Inventory Reconciliation: Cross check regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
