Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers for Axis Bank products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, CASA, Loans, Credit Cards, and other banking products. Generate business through field sales, corporate visits, references, channel partners, and market mapping. Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Conduct customer profiling to understand financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per Axis Bank compliance and KYC norms. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Credit, Relationship Managers) for smooth processing and timely account activation or disbursement. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and cross-selling opportunities. Conduct market intelligence activities to identify new business opportunities and competitor analysis. Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction and resolve basic queries. Maintain daily activity reports, MIS, and sales pipeline updates. Adhere strictly to Bank policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
