Job Description

Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to businesses, retail shops, and offices to pitch our software solutions
  • Understand customer pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Educate business owners on software benefits (e.g., billing, inventory, CRM, customer engagement)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and on-ground visits
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide onboarding support and liaise with the support team for a seamless implementation
  • Gather market feedback to refine sales strategy and product positioning


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    field sales

    ,

    software sales

    , or

    B2B sales

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills, especially with non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to travel daily and meet 5–10 prospects regularly
  • Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, CRM tools, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Basic understanding of mobile apps, demo delivery, and customer onboarding
