Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with a passion for sales and an interest in sustainability. This role involves driving textile waste collection partnerships with large institutions such as schools, residential societies, hotels, and textile brands. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market reach. Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and referrals. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, including textile brands, schools, hotels, and commercial spaces. Pitch textile waste collection programs and convert leads into active partnerships. Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and stay updated on trends. Arrange and attend meetings with prospects; prepare and deliver impactful proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and report sales performance regularly. Preferred Candidate Profile: 13 years of sales/business development experience (FMCG, insurance, or field sales background preferred) Must own a two-wheeler for field visits Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Interest in environmental sustainability and waste management is a plus
