Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Local) located in Chandigarh, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities: Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads through various channels Nurture leads through the sales funnel and convert them to clients Develop and maintain long-term client relationships Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3–4 years of experience in business development or B2B/B2C sales Strong communication, lead management, and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently Kindly share references at kamalpreet.kaur@aqlix.com Show more Show less
