About the Role

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and field visits
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and share weekly reports
  • Represent Assar Digisol at events, client sites, and networking activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience as an BD
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle client objections and convert leads into closures
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
