Role Description

Business Development Executive

Qualifications:  B.Sc. MBA (Marketing)

Experience:

Core Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of analytical testing services and FSSAI / NABL domains (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and business meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in sectors like

  Food, Water, Environment, Agriculture, and Pharmaceuticals

  .
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with

  industrial clients, manufacturers, and exporters

  .
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate

  testing and compliance solutions

  .
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain client records and generate regular reports.
• Represent Ashwamedh Lab at

  industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

  .
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
• Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, content creation, and client engagement initiatives.
