Identify and qualify new business opportunities across startups and tech companies.
Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, email, and industry events to build relationships.
Understand client needs and pitch Alien’s design and Webflow services effectively.
Coordinate with the design and marketing team to craft compelling proposals.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain client records.
Schedule and conduct intro calls, follow-ups, and handover to the delivery team.
1–3 years of experience in B2B business development or agency sales.
Familiarity with the design or Webflow ecosystem is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and storytelling ability.
Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and ability to work independently.
Comfortable working across time zones and handling international clients.
Remote-first culture with async freedom.
5 Days a week.
