Senior UI UX Designer

• Lead end-to-end product design—from user research to wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
  

• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers to define UX strategies.
  

• Build design systems and scalable UI components.
  

• Design clean, responsive interfaces for Web and mobile platforms.
  

• Push boundaries in motion, micro-interactions, and layout thinking.
  

• Give and receive constructive design critiques within the team.
  

• 4–6 years of experience in product/UX/UI design.
  

• Portfolio that shows deep thinking, pixel-perfection, and real shipped products.
  

• Mastery in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping).
  

• Strong grasp of UX principles, usability heuristics, and modern UI patterns.
  

• Comfortable working across timelines, sprints, and client feedback loops.
  

• Experience in 3D, motion tools (like AE,Lottie, Rive), or Finance/SaaS domains.
