About the Role: Ready to turn confusing requirements into elegant user flows? You’ll craft wireframes and hi-fi prototypes, then run lightning-fast tests until everything dazzles. Your mission: design AI-backed features—think citations, helpful nudges, privacy alerts—served atop your own lightweight design system. Team up with FE/BE engineers to balance speed and style. What You’ll Do: Translate PRDs into seamless flows, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma Jedi skills required). Build design systems that are so lightweight, you’ll wonder where they went. Specify every component and state so developers can code in peace. Collaborate deep in the stack—from React to Node.js and Python—no design thrown over the wall. What We Look For: Portfolio of complex B2B apps. Figma wizardry (components, variants, auto-layout—you know the drill). LLM/NLP basics (token limits, error states, RAG evidence).
