Senior UI UX Designer

Role Overview: As a Senior UI/UX Designer, your role is crucial in delivering the best online user experience to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for executing all visual design stages, conceptualizing original ideas, creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps, as well as presenting and defending designs to stakeholders. Your ability to conduct user research, establish design guidelines, and stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends is essential for success. Key Responsibilities: - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off - Conceptualize original ideas for user-friendly designs - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps - Present and defend designs to stakeholders - Conduct user research and evaluate feedback - Establish and promote design guidelines and best practices Qualifications Required: - Experience in Agile/Scrum development process - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX experience - Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar tools - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping - Excellent visual design skills and understanding of user-system interaction - Ability to present designs and solutions to stakeholders - Creative problem-solving skills - Up-to-date with UI/UX trends and technologies - Experience collaborating with teams and developers - Experience in motion design and designing for mobile & web platforms,
